They Say They Are Ready For Recruitment Technology But Do C-Suite Executives Practice What They Preach?

Implementation of innovative and effective technology needs the ‘push down’ from C-Suite for adoption of this ‘tech’. Adopting such a platform is often a decision bigger than HR - needing Exec endorsement.
