Nomad was founded on the premise that it is a “Client-driven” platform. It is a digital recruitment platform which aims to remove the middleman in the recruitment process - similar to Airbnb or Uber - where buyers approach sellers directly.
Nomad Now was founded by Ross Paton, the founder of Paton Personnel. Paton Personnel is a recruitment firm that is more than 20 years old and places top tier talent in the financial services industry.
It became apparent in the industry that clients and their top pain points in recruitment (and in general) related to unwanted contact from talent i.e. being flooded with job applications from candidates who did not match their requirements.
We believe in efficiencies – in accuracy of interactions. Nomad Now accurately matches Jobseeker and Candidate profiles based the expressed needs or requirements of the client either through the Job Ads or through Client Searches – always resulting in a perfect match!

The request from Clients was to accurately find and select talent and has made a huge positive impact on number of Client interactions with jobseekers and hireable professionals.
